Enquiry and confirmation

All arrangements require at least 7 days’ notice and availability confirmation. Enquiring does not reserve a service. Your written quote defines the price and what is included. No payment is taken on this website.

Payment and cancellation

Before committing, request the named agency’s payment methods, deposit and balance schedule, cancellation deadlines, refund conditions and applicable time zone. These depend on the agreed services and suppliers. This page does not replace the terms issued with your quote. Do not assume a free cancellation period or guaranteed refund.

Who arranges your visit

XianBeyond receives your enquiry. Travel services are arranged through a licensed travel-agency partner, identified before booking. Ask us to clarify anything missing from your proposal before paying.
