Privacy
XianBeyond handles enquiries sent to cs@xianbeyond.com. This page explains the information used when you contact us through this website.
When you use the enquiry form
Name and email are required. Message, arrival date and adult and child counts are optional. Web3Forms processes the submission and delivers it to our enquiry mailbox so that we can respond. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details or sensitive documents.
Web3Forms also handles technical information required to operate and protect its service. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for its processing practices. The service may process information outside your country.
How we use correspondence
We use your message to answer your questions and discuss the travel assistance you request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If a travel-agency partner needs information to arrange a service, we will explain the recipient and the information needed before sharing it for that purpose.
Correspondence is held in the enquiry mailbox as needed to handle your request and any resulting service arrangements. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Any applicable record-keeping obligation may affect what can be deleted.
Browsing this website
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. Vercel records anonymous, aggregated data points: the page URL, the referring page, an approximate location derived from the request, and the browser, operating system and device type. The service sets no cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other websites; a visitor session is identified by a hash derived from the request and discarded after 24 hours. There are no advertising cookies, accounts or browser storage. Images and styles are hosted with the site. Vercel also processes request information such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and secure the website. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
Email links open your chosen email application. An unsuccessful form submission keeps the text on the current page so that you can recover it; it is not saved for a later visit.
